The Theseus Set was a set of armor modelled and marketed after the set which allegedly belonged to the legendary Greek hero Theseus. By the time of the Peloponnesian War, the armor pieces were spread across the region of Messara. Theseus' Helmet was a helmet that was part of a set of armor in the 5th century BCE Krete. According to the legend attached to the helmet and the whole set, they were the armor pieces worn by the mythical hero Theseus himself when he fought the Minotaur.
