vaccines don't help with common colds...
edit: "common colds" are a huge family of viruses that mutate and weasel around on the regular, which is why they're able to continue attacking despite the human immune system being decent otherwise, and hence become "common."
Where vaccines would help is stuff like measles, smallpox, etc, esp diseases that spread rapidly and without physical limitations (not cholera) but don't mutate very quickly

I think as long as she's having good immunity system it will be fine, she's been a year living in the future and she's fine so it's safe I guess. If we take the route of her having no immunity at all to modern diseases she should've been dying a few weeks after transmigrating.

This is based off a web novel with about 350 chapters, so we still have a long way to go if they adapt the whole story.

Ah, yah, you are right. I think I mixed up the cold and flu...
Probably because I got over them quite easily and both can give...

Well, she mostly hung out with older people who all already gained a resistance to the virus' and have gotten them a while ago.
She hung out with one single child and that was for a limited time...

notably, recent years the relevant researchers have been fretting a little about the flu precisely because the flu's also outpacing the vaccine a bit, tho i'm not sure about the specific specifics.

to be fair, we should be more worried about her bring an illness from the past, that we don't have an immunity to.

It's kinda refreshing to see more realistic image of a common cold, not the one where someone is knocked out unconscious, or struggles to stay alive.

I like how we got a sick arc after 195 chapters, and he wasn't even that sick. To be fair this is the first time I've seen a cold in a manhwa/manga actually just be a cold and not basically bringing mfers to the brink of death.
