Thinking about our @PGE4Me outage. What has surprised me is that internet and cell services are both out. That makes tools like reverse 911 or even 911 pretty ineffective if this were a bigger emergency. Good learning. Something to think about @sanjosemoti

Can @PGE4Me please update the grid to the 21st or 31st century standards. These rolling blackouts are stupid. When the tech is out there to give us control. You should be able to route electricity through different areas to any that are needed.

@DanKalb @PGE4Me No offense Dan, I appreciate the warning and all because safety is important but crime is so out of control in Oakland that I don’t worry about wind and rain. It’s getting shot by a random shooting or beaten and robbed at gun point. What’s being done to bring safety from that?

@PGE4Me My neighbor has a 3 month old baby and has been without power for 24 hours. This is a shame and goes to show how uncoordinated you guys are when it comes to events like this.
