I wish I could say that this wasn’t racism but I felt it deeply in the way the wife treated her white customers compared to me. I even voiced it out to the lady who took care of me and I was loud enough for other customers and the wife to hear. I also called my husband and told him my experience. I wanted to leave but the lady that was taking care of me was so sweet that I stayed.

I went in for a basic manicure the day before my mother’s funeral. He obviously brushed a top coat meant for gel nails. They would not dry. They were basically dripping wet even after sitting under the fans for over 20 minutes. I even asked if he had quick dry. No. By the time I got home all ten nails were completely ruined. I didn’t have time to return that day as I was burying my mother the next day. I went back today to ask for a refund. I paid for a basic plus gave a $10 tip. His response was “I don’t give refunds. Pick out a color and I’ll paint them again”. I live in Minneapolis and was on my way home. Poor, poor, poor customer service. If you obviously make a mistake own it and give a refund. I have many family members in this area and they will never return. Buyer beware make sure your manicurist is using the correct product.

They did well accommodating our party!! Great job! But the children’s gel nails only lasted one day. Had a touch up, but it came off the same day.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. Half way through the pedicure I was accused of not actually making an appt. Wanted me to give him my phone to prove what phone number I called. Never apologized and kept complaining about people calling the wrong number. I made the appt 3 weeks in advance, asked for pricing for mani and pedi for 2 people and was given prices and options. If I had called the coffee shop I am sure they would have told me I had the wrong number. We left after getting just the pedicures.

Horrible. The guy was rude. Made my wife cry. We had an appointment which we were late to. We rescheduled for later in the day and apologized. We came back, he took our money and proceeded to give a 10 minute manicure. He then told us if we wanted good service we should be on time. He ripped us off. I got acrylic nails put on in Friday 4 days ago abs 4 off them already have fallen off. I enjoyed my time their very nice people but obviously the quality of service wasn’t good.. normally after like 3 weeks I want them off n can’t even get them off. Very disappointed !

I cant recommend Sassy Nails highly enough – every time I’ve gone has been a wonderful experience for me, my mom and my seven year old. Pedicures are perfect and everyone is so nice & accommodating. Very highly recommended.
