We originally just wanted to remodel our kitchen and family room. They were separate rooms and we wanted to take down the wall to create a more open feeling. We later decided to remodel our laundry room and bathroom too. Brawley Construction was very professional in every aspect. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were very helpful in helping us make decisions. They were very understanding and agreeable to all the additional things we asked for too. Their workers Ed and Angel were very professional as well. They did all the work from demolition to all last minute details. They were very articulate in all phases of the job. We LOVE our newly remodeled home! I would highly recommend Brawley Construction for any remodeling job

I found California Closet display at another store. I took a flyer and called the 800 number to requests a quote. A rep. came out, designed the whole project and gave me a price. I signed, paid with a check, set an install date and a couple of weeks later the closets are done. Good quality and looks like built in furniture

My girls and I are very pleased with Tracys work.We only wanted the bathroom repairs done ,but after seeing his work, asked him to paint our entire interior. I had him paint every room a different color with accent walls in seven of my rooms ,as well as my Dallas Cowboy game room with hand painted stripes across the top. He also painted all of my interior doors and trim. My patio paint was peeling from the sun, and I had him pressure wash and paint all the trim. This whole job only took six days,Tracy and his crew were very professional ,and the quality was excellent.Best price in town

"KMJ Refacing did an amazing job making our 39 year old kitchen new again, gorgeous, and up to date. Ken was great to work with putting everything together just the way we wanted. A walk-in or reach-in closet connected to a bedroom often serves the same purpose as a wardrobe by primarily storing clothes and shoes. A built-in wardrobe often does not have doors and leaves clothes exposed to view, whereas a standalone wardrobe usually has doors.

Creating a more useful and pleasing space to your home, especially a custom closet for prospective home buyers to imagine as their own, is likely to increase the value. However, avoid overdoing it with a closet that takes up too much space that’s otherwise more useful as living space, or paying extra for overly lavish materials and finishes that aren’t likely to add more value than they cost.
