So what are the options if @ATT won't cancel your account despite multiple requests because you've switched mobile services? Is this the point where I have to bring in litigation? I don't want to go through that, I just want it canceled.

Dear @ATT, we do NOT appreciate being lied to and spending over 14hrs trying to get 4 new iPhone 12’s activated properly!! Any time we call for help we get transferred to wrong department after holding for 45min +. #ridiculous #NotAHappyCustomer

@ATTHelp having talk to someone who hardly speak English is very disappointing. I spend 3 hours 2 days ago with VIP billing to fix the problem. Then you just billed debited the incorrect amount. Will be canceling my service.

What’s the plan? Where’s the resolution? Where’s the temporary hot spot? Where’s the temporary line the techs said would be easy to install? We’ve exhausted data plans, hot spot data plans, our home business has suffered and our home is less secure without cameras. @ATT @ATTHelp
